With growing concerns about the weather forecast for Saturday the APEX Junior Golf Organization event this weekend has been postponed to December 5th. See the shared post for more information.

AJGO Tournament Update: Blackberry Trail Postponed

Players, parents, and supporters,

Due to the weather, this weekend's AJGO tournament at Blackberry Trail has been postponed. The event will now be played on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5th at Blackberry Trail.

All registrations will be transferred to the new date, so no action is needed to keep your spot. Tee times and pairings for the rescheduled event will be sent out the week of the tournament.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Mark your calendars for December 5th, and we'll see you at Blackberry Trail.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected].

Happy Golf Course Superintendent Day!

We want to take a minute today to recognize our Golf Course Superintendent, Derrick Bright, and thank him for all the work he puts into keeping Blackberry Trail in great shape.

Keeping a golf course in good condition is a year-round job, and Derrick puts a lot of time, effort and pride into making sure our course is something we can be proud of. There is always something that needs to be done, and he does a great job staying on top of it and continuing to improve the course.

We appreciate all the hard work Derrick and his crew put in to make Blackberry Trail the course that it is. Thank you, Derrick, and Happy Superintendent Day!

Weather – 1. Blackberry Trail – 0.

The golf course held up well until it just couldn’t anymore. T2 – Deane Rikard, 168 (-12)
T2 – Parker Murks, 168 (-12)

These three golfers were tied through 45 holes but were able to complete 54 holes, with their 54-hole totals used as the tiebreaker. Rochelle finished at 200 (-16), while Rikard and Murks both finished at 202 (-14).

Chris Burns Division

Champion – Jeff Frederick, 173 (-7)
2nd – Jerome Moore, 177 (-3)
3rd – Jason Jarrett, 178 (-2)

Alex Sloan Division

Champion – Fred Boughner, 167 (-13)
2nd – Darryl Grisham, 181 (+1)
