Over the years, our limited edition eeWings colorways became collector's items. Most are long gone.

But the color was never what made them special. The titanium was, and that hasn't gone anywhere. It's gotten better. Since 2021, Dirt Skrrts has connected more than 1,200 women through clinics, group rides, and a community built to make showing up easy. We've been there for the ride.

At their Test & Tune this past weekend, our team worked with riders and dialed in suspension by hand, one at a time. We build components in Fletcher, North Carolina, and we put the same standard into a free setup session for a first-year rider as we do into each product. That is who we are, and this is the kind of thing we'll keep doing.

We're hiring close to home. Cane Creek Cycling Components is looking for an Operations Associate at our global headquarters right here in Fletcher, NC.

This is a hands-on production role where attention to detail and quality genuinely matter. You'll work within a collaborative team, follow assembly processes, and contribute directly to the components riders around the world trust on the trail and the road.

We're proud to be employee-owned, so every person here has a real stake in what we build. The role also includes an on-site fitness area, company group rides, an on-site bike shop, employee purchase perks, and training and advancement opportunities.

Our operations and engineering teams have worked tirelessly to update all the assembly systems. With that, our machine shop has been running non-stop to be sure everything is just right.

Once we start final assembly, it's go time.
