We’re much more than a gym. We’re a family that gives back!!! 😍

During the month of October, Maxfit at the Refinery collected pajamas for children entering foster care. With colder weather quickly approaching their donation ensured vulnerable children would have warm pajamas to wear. Thank you for partnering with us.

I saw this on a friends story and had to share. Mental Health is something we don’t talk about enough. Before I got sick I was truly oblivious to certain anxieties because I didn’t really have any. Now it is something I have to work through almost daily. Learning my triggers and working through them is always a WIN! This is your reminder you can talk to Jesus, a Therapist, or even me! We can work through it together ❤️
