Pickleball players usually spend hours working on drives, drops, resets, and dinks… but the body behind those shots gets ignored until the knees start barking, the shoulder gets cranky, or the legs feel cooked after two hard games.
Drive, Dominate & Recover: Pickleball Performance Pop-Up is a coach-led performance session built specifically for pickleball players who want to move better, play stronger, protect their body, and recover faster.
Hosted by Alloy Personal Training Fishers/Geist, this session will show players how to train like athletes off the court so their movement, balance, coordination, power, and durability actually carry over into better play on the court.
During the session, players will learn how to improve reaction time, build strength and stability for pickleball, protect key joints like knees, hips, and shoulders, reduce injury risk, and develop simple training habits that support long-term performance.
Dates: June 23 & June 25
Time: 1:00 PM
Location: IPC North
Hosted By: Alloy Personal Training Fishers/Geist
Skill Level: All pickleball players welcome
The first 2 classes are FREE to try, so this is an easy way to see how off-court training can help you stay healthy, move better, and play with more confidence.
