As an avid competitive paddler in the Midwest SUP series, this page is designed as a meetup group to find like-minded, experienced paddlers who want to strength condition and explore bodies of water in Central Indiana. I’ll be hosting regular workouts on Geist and the White River for those who would like to join. There is no cost to join a group workout if you bring your own gear and board. We lik

The best way to know if the White River current is too fast for you is to check out this site, select your launch point, & record the daily depth and view the river speed in person. If the current is too much, monitor this site until water level falls more and try again. The website also updates water contamination risk.
