It’s time to emBARK on a ju-BLUE-ant adventure with your favorite pup pals! Step into Big Blue Adventure Park, where dancers jump, spin, and groove through a world of imaginative play and dance, earning carnival tickets for every barkworthy game and dance challenge. Once they’ve collected enough tickets, they’ll celebrate in the Big Blue PAWformance Parade—a high-energy showcase of their new moves! This fun-filled ballet, tap, and creative movement camp is PAWfect for Bluey fans and features PAWsome dance moves along with PAWsitive lessons in kindness, teamwork, and sharing. Get ready for a BLUEtiful week of non-stop fun, laughs, and friendships!

🎉 As we head into Nationals next week, we figured it was finally time to share the results from our last regional competition that somehow got lost in all the pre-recital chaos! 😅💜🩵

What a way to wrap up our regional season! We are so proud of every dancer who took the stage, represented OPDC with heart, and continued to show growth all season long. From our youngest performers to our seniors, your hard work, dedication, and love for dance never go unnoticed.

💜🩵 OPDC Technique Bootcamp – A Few Spots Left! 🩵💜

Looking to improve your technique this summer? Join us for our 3-night Technique Bootcamp packed with ballet, strength & conditioning, jumps, leaps, turns, and combo classes!

✨ June 8th–10th
✨ Groups assigned at check-in
✨ Studio opens at 4:45 PM each day
✨ Dancers should wear tight-fitting dance attire with hair pulled back and bring a light snack and water for breaks.

Each night features a different combo class:
🩰 Monday – Jazz Combo
🌟 Tuesday – Contemporary Combo
🎤 Wednesday – Hip Hop Combo

Whether you’re preparing for next season or just want to grow as a dancer, this is a great opportunity to build strength, improve technique, and gain confidence!

🌟 WE’RE HIRING! Join the OPDC Family! 🌟

On Pointe Dance Center is looking to add an enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking dance instructor to our team!

We are seeking a part-time teacher who loves working with dancers of all ages and experience levels. A special bonus if you have experience teaching and engaging our youngest dancers, those tiny dancers hold a special place in our hearts! 💜🩵

What we’re looking for:
✨ Positive, energetic, and reliable
✨ Comfortable leading classes independently
✨ Strong classroom management skills
✨ Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve when working with children
✨ Attentive, organized, and professional
✨ Team player willing to step in and substitute for fellow instructors when needed
✨ Passion for helping dancers grow both inside and outside the studio
✨ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Position Details:
📍 Part-time position
📍 Availability to begin as early as the end of June 2026
📍 Summer 2026 opportunities may include daytime summer camps and evening classes
📍 Season 13 (beginning mid-to-late August) will primarily consist of evening teaching hours
📍 Additional paid opportunities include studio events such as dress rehearsals, picture day, recital, showcases, and more
📍 Pay is issued twice per month

As one of the Fayetteville area’s larger studios, OPDC features 5 dance studio rooms, a thriving recreational and competitive program, and an amazing team environment. We are looking for someone who is excited to become part of our studio family and help continue creating a positive, encouraging experience for every dancer who walks through our doors.

Applicants should be comfortable teaching classes on their own, maintaining a structured and engaging classroom environment, communicating professionally with parents and staff, and representing the studio positively at all times. We value instructors who are dependable, proactive, and invested in the success of our dancers.
