Phones Down, Eyes Up!

Water safety starts with attention. When you’re at the pool, beach, lake, or any body of water, putting your phone down and keeping your eyes on swimmers can make all the difference.

Our members had an incredible opportunity to learn valuable self-defense skills at our Krav Maga Seminar last Wednesday! 💪
A huge thank you to Kurtis Hall, Black Belt Instructor, for sharing his knowledge, expertise, and practical techniques to help our community feel more confident, empowered, and prepared.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success! We look forward to offering more opportunities like this in the future.

FREE Summer Meal Boxes Available This Thursday!
Last week, thanks to our amazing community, we distributed a record-breaking 523 meal boxes to local children and teens!
Each box provides 7 days of nutritious breakfasts and lunches, helping keep kids fueled and ready for a great summer.
Thank you to our staff, volunteers, and community partners who made this possible. Together, we're making a difference—one meal box at a time!

Another wonderful AOA Social today!
While we enjoyed great company, laughs, and fellowship, it was also a bittersweet gathering as we said goodbye to our amazing instructor, Shiori, who will be moving away with her family. We are so grateful for all the energy, kindness, and joy she has brought to our YMCA community over the years, and she will be greatly missed.
If you didn’t get a chance to stop by and wish her well, you can still see her next Tuesday at 10:30 AM when she teaches her Dance Fitness class. Come join us and help give her a warm sendoff!
Thank you to everyone who attended today’s AOA Social. We look forward to seeing you at our next gathering on July 8!
