Okayyy, for ONCE being up in the middle of the night paid off 😭 A few days ago, I randomly found out about ’s 1-year anniversary + demo Mat Pilates class today and immediately knew I had to pull up!

It’s been a minute since I’ve taken another instructor’s class in person, so I was extra excited and finding out was teaching? Even better 👀✨

The space felt so warm and welcoming, and the class had me feeling GOOD and ready to take on the rest of the day.

Big congrats again on your first year 🍾 Wishing y’all many more years of movement, community, and success 💜

*air horns* Hey yall! I’ve been super quiet over here because I’ve been busy moving! I’m settled-ish in THE 2-6 (Fayetteville) and I can’t wait to get back on the mat again very soon! I miss sharing all things Pilates & Nonsense with yall…looks like yall have been cutting up, growing your platforms and having packed out classes 🧐

I don’t stretch as often or as intentionally as I should — so consider this your gentle nudge too.

These 3 simple hip openers help release all that tension we carry (physically and emotionally):
✨ Pigeon Pose
✨ 90/90 Hip Stretch
✨ Seated Wide-Leg Fold (hands inside ankles, gentle push back)

Shoulder bridges are great on their own, but when you add 2 lb weights and arm extensions? You're going to feel that good burn!

💫 Pro tip: Focus on pressing evenly through your feet and keeping your ribs knitted in while you extend your arms. Slow and controlled is the name of the game!
