⚠️Trigger Post⚠️

Ten years ago, I made the decision to leave the darkness of an abusive relationship behind me. Since then, I’ve spent every day rebuilding my life for myself and my children, rediscovering who I truly am. I’ve cried, I’ve screamed, and I’ve even thrown things out of sheer frustration. I held onto anger and pain far too long, but with the grace of God and unwavering faith, I found the strength to heal.

Over these past 10 year, I’ve reclaimed my voice, and I stand firmly in my power. This journey of personal development has taught me that transformation isn’t instantaneous and it requires hard work, vulnerability, and the courage to do what is necessary for growth. I found my faith in God, and with every step forward, I’ve become better than I was yesterday.

Now, when I look in the mirror, I see a woman who is unapologetically me, resilient and proud.

To anyone out there who feels lost or broken: you are not alone. No matter where you stand right now, know that rebuilding your life is possible. Embrace your journey, commit to doing the inner work, and have faith, however that may look for you.

Today, I celebrate every scar and every triumph, and I encourage you to step into your power and live boldly.
