PLEASE NOTE TRAINING SCHEDULE CHANGE!

The training schedule this week for Tuesday the 5th will be altered. Each year we are invited to participate in the National Night Out presentation. We have scheduled this for this Tuesday night. We will have training activity, but it will be at the Spaulding triangle rather than in Farmington.
Please note the change and make the appropriate arrangements as we can use the help at the booth.

Medical Effects of Karate Training ♦️♦️♦️ Recent studies have shown that:
♦️Deep_breathing and mental concentration in the kata reduce stress levels.
♦️Daily exercises stimulate the release of endorphins, which is a happiness hormone.
♦️Discipline and dedication in training develops self-confidence and enhances the ability to face challenges.
These benefits make karate not only a means of self-defense, but also a tool for improving mental and physical quality of life. OSS.

PS- Check out the seniors in line. Exercise IS medicine! Karate, a mind-body exercise addresses the cognitive aspects of aging! Enough said!

The dojo move is complete. Took two weeks to get 40 years of training equipment and a 2400 square foot suspended hardwood floor disassembled and moved.
Thank you to those who were able to help and save my back. Special thanks to Michael Bohnert and his sons, Mike Grube, Shawn Keenan for making the time to do an incredible amount of work. But the most help came from my son Matt and Andy Settle who monitored my need and saved me from really hurting myself. They were there checking every day of the two weeks and I appreciate them so much.
Now the renovations and new dojo search and construction begin. Move it or lose it, right!
