Lena Amare, one of our alumni swimmers, secures silver in the 200 IM in the 2026 Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships! Lena swims for The University of Richmond Spiders. Her time in the 200 IM was 1:59:50…..the third fastest time in Spiders’ program history! Her 200 medley relay also took the gold and set a new school record!!!

Women’s 200 Free Relay-8th overall (Lydia, Katelyn, Claire, Joss)

Men’s 200 Free Relay-7th overall (Pearson, Dean, Liam, Nix)

Caden Sheppard (100 back)-11th overall

Women’s 400 Free Relay-11th overall (CiCi, Katelyn, Claire, Joss)

Men’s 400 Free Relay-5th overall (Dean, Caden, Pearson, Liam)

Once again our swimmers are showing out!

Congrats to the girls 200 free relay (Lydia, Katelyn, Joss, & Claire), boys 200 relay (Dean, Pearson, Liam, Nix), girls 400 free relay (CiCi, Claire, Lydia, Katelyn), boys 400 relay (Dean, Pearson, Caden, Liam), and Caden Sheppard (100 back) for making it to finals tonight!
