"I am truly honored and humbled to be recognized as Secondary Athletic Trainer of the Year. 🤩
Receiving this award is incredibly meaningful because it represents the work, dedication, and passion that I pour into a profession I love. Athletic training is so much more than treating injuries, it’s about building relationships, earning trust, supporting athletes through their challenges and their greatest accomplishments, and helping them safely return to the sports and activities they love.
I am grateful for the student-athletes, coaches, families, administrators, colleagues, mentors and the Fairhope community members who have allowed me to be part of their journeys. Your trust, support, and encouragement have shaped me both personally and professionally.
This recognition is not mine alone. It reflects the countless individuals who have guided me, challenged me, and stood beside me throughout my career. I am especially thankful for those who continue to inspire me to grow, learn, and serve with compassion every day.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that has such a meaningful impact, and I am proud to be part of a profession dedicated to the health, well-being, and success of our athletes.
Thank you for this tremendous honor. I am deeply grateful and look forward to continuing to serve the athletes and the Fairhope community members who make this work so rewarding.
Thank you to everyone who has played a role in my career and helped shape me into the athletic trainer I am today. I am truly blessed to do what I love!"
Congratulations Marlee!
