Roo- 1st place in his class and Reserve Winners Dog .
Lollipop-1st place in her class, she showed really beautifully outside the ring. She was a little nervous about all the dogs in a tighter space but she got through it and really moved nice on her go around and handle the exam beautifully.
Penny - 2nd in her class in conformation. 3rd place with a score of 94 and her first Q in Rally!
Penny brought her a game to the confirmation ring and the rally ring. I was really proud of her!
Rex - showed nicely in conformation, and qualified in rally with the score of 84. There was obviously a girl in season that had walked through where the rally ring was and Rex had a really hard time staying focused during parts of it, but but he really really did a good job job and I was so proud of him because it was a lot of pressure
Violet showed fairly good in confirmation. She didn’t really dust off her brain and remember what exactly we were all about until about halfway through and then she was a really good girl.
Pippa almost qualified in beginning of his obedience, except for she got really excited right before the recall, but after I had told the judge that we are ready which was an immediate disqualification, but he had really beautiful things to say about her! Then in Rally she scored a 76, she was not super focused, so we have new goals
Bo peep and Julie were the MVP’s of Cobalt today! Bo peep also represents Julie‘s kennel, Outrun, and today she had a beautiful novice obedience run with a 3rd place. a nice advanced rally run and she took first place in that, I think she was best opposite at the show, best owner handled at the show and then an owner handled group 2!
Hickory went to his new home, his new dad flew into PDX and drove down to come and get him and spent some time with me and the puppies and brisket and the rest of the crew. I’m excited to see how he turns out and if he does, we may show him in the future.
Willis,Porterhouse, Grazie, Brisket, Woody and a Pinot all got to go on some adventures and get some good exercise and will start warming up for the specialties.
Sundance came out tonight and as long as he’s feeling comfortable, he will get to get shown tomorrow. I am so thankful to my co-owners who are wonderful and share their dogs with me and let me take them on this big adventure and also put some time and effort into obedience and rally and fun things like that and let me get to play with them in the ring! I think we will all improve across the board over the next few days as we get to work together More!
