Rachel has been absolutely CRUSHING IT, and we wanted to take a moment to celebrate her dedication, her effort, and the example she’s setting for the rest of the crew.

From wild themed classes, trivia, UNO, game-show style workouts, water battles 💦 and everything in between… we kept you guessing ALL MONTH LONG! 😂🥊

The goal was simple: switch it up every single day, keep it fun, and give you a reason to show up.

And honestly… we think we nailed it. 🤓😎

Because at the heart of Cardio Kick, it’s not just about the workout.
