We’ve got more birthday WODs this week - including Lesley’s on Thursday.

Martina will be gone so no open gym on Tuesday or Thursday this week. Classes will be at 4:30, as they were before on those days, unless someone wants to open the gym at 4 on those days (let us know!)

FRIDAY: Jerks & Squats at 6am & 4:30pm

Big News! We’re leveling up the schedule starting this week. 💪🏻

Ever wish you had more time to nail that sn**ch technique or crush those double-unders? Now you do. We’ve added Open Gym blocks so you can focus on the skills and lifts you want to improve, with a coach present to provide form checks, drills, and rep schemes.

• OPEN GYM: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday

• WOD: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

The Best Part: You choose your track. Hit the Open Gym to work on specific skills with a coach on hand, drop in for the WOD, or stay for both!

⚠️ Note: If you’re coming for the WOD only, please arrive a few minutes early to warm up. We start the clock exactly at 5:00!

This will be Tuesday and Thursday only. All other days of the week will remain the same as before, starting at 4:30pm

There is no better way to kick off Memorial Day than by coming together to sweat, struggle, and succeed as one. We invite you to join us for our Annual FREE Community Murph WOD—an event dedicated to tradition, grit, and the power of doing hard things together.

🗓️ When & Where:
• Date: Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th)
• Time: 10:00 AM
• Cost: Completely FREE and open to everyone!

Anyone Can Do This:
Don’t let the numbers intimidate you. This event is designed so that every fitness level can participate and feel the pride of finishing. You choose how you tackle the challenge:

• The Classic (Rx): For those looking to go all-in (weighted vest optional).

• The Strategy (Scaled): Break the movements into manageable rounds to keep moving.

• The Team (Partner): Grab a buddy and split the reps however you like—half the work, double the fun!

Get Ready With Us:
Preparation is already underway! Join us every Thursday leading up to the event to build your engine and gain the confidence to crush your goals.

Whether it’s your first Murph or your tenth, come for the workout and stay for the community. See you at the rig!
