Hey all! It’s been awhile since our last post! We’re still at it and I appreciate all the hard work. This coming Saturday my good friends Nick Lauer and Alex Bannan will be competing and we’re going to watch it at the gym. Can’t wait to see you all on the mats🤙

Love to see combat sports getting the positive exposure it deserves. Without our friends from Lake Effect Jiu Jitsu, Noc's Combat Sports simply would not exist. A reminder to all, if you have a monthly membership with either gym, you are encouraged to cross train at both places free of charge!
