Tomorrow is the first-ever Cardio Kickboxing class at The Oasis MMA Academy!

🕔 Tuesday | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

This class will include:
✅ Heavy bag work

✅ A great workout in a fun, supportive environment

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your conditioning, or just stay active, this class is a great way to get moving and have fun while doing it.

Not the results we were hoping for tonight, but that doesn’t change how proud I am of these guys.

Aaron’s fight was unfortunately cut short after an accidental knee opened up a cut in the first round, leading to a doctor’s stoppage. Just a tough break and an unfortunate way for things to end.

Roger went out there and battled hard. He showed a ton of heart, fought through some tough moments, and left everything he had in the cage. Unfortunately, it didn’t go our way in the third round.

This sport can be brutal sometimes, but win or lose, I’m proud of the way these guys prepared, competed, and represented The Oasis. They stepped up, took on the challenge, and showed what they’re made of.

We’ll take what we learned, get back in the gym, and keep moving forward. That’s how this game works.

Proud of both of you guys. 👊⚔️
