Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came out to today’s seminars!

We had a great group of people on the mats, and it was awesome seeing everyone willing to learn and improve their skills.

A big thank you to Chris Droege for putting on a great wrestling seminar and to Coach Lance Patrick for sharing his MMA knowledge and experience. We appreciate both of you taking the time to help our athletes get better.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get any pictures from Lance’s seminar. I was too busy paying attention and soaking up some knowledge myself!

Thanks again to everyone who came out and supported the event. We appreciate all of you and look forward to doing more seminars in the future. 👊
