Please join me in welcoming Mallory to the Dreaming Tree Yoga teaching team!

You can catch her this Friday at 4:45 PM, and throughout the summer as she pops up on the studio schedule at various times. We are also excited to share that she will be teaching a Kids Yoga Series beginning in July!

A little about Mallory…
Hi! My name is Mallory and I am so excited to be part of the Dreaming Tree community! I started practicing yoga about a year ago and I fell in love with not only the practice of moving my body, but also the philosophy. No matter what was going on in my life, when I walked into DTY I was able to set my worries aside and be fully present on the mat. Now as a yoga teacher, I want to create a space in my classes where people can leave feeling better than when they walked in 🦋 Mallory Lynn

We just did that! I’m absolutely cheesing in this picture, and for good reason. We were blessed to spend two incredible hours flowing together to none other than Drake on a Friday night.

Moments like this remind me how amazing life is! Thank you to everyone who spent two hours of your evening at Dreaming Tree Yoga. Your energy and presence was everything! and I think all of you could have flowed longer than 2 hours. This cannot be just because Drake was flowing through the speakers… we just need to finally accept…we ARE stronger than we think💜

Still smiling from this unforgettable experience!
