Hello Horseshoe World! Please be aware that there will likely be shipping delays on our orders from this weekend and early next week. Erie, PA is directly in middle of the path of totality for the eclipse on Monday, 4/8/24. Our horseshoe shop is located about a quarter mile from the entrance to Presque Isle State Park on Lake Erie, which is considered to be the most prime place to watch the eclipse in the tri-state area. A hundred thousand or more spectators are expected to come into the area over the weekend for the eclipse on Monday. The city is blocking off major streets and highways and It’s likely we won’t be able to get anywhere near our shop over the weekend, on Monday for sure, and possibly early on Tuesday as well. So, we just wanted you all to know that with limited access to our shop over those days, we are likely to get behind on things here for a bit. Hopefully, we can get caught up by the end of next week. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

I was just browsing through these old issues of "Horseshoe World" on the NHPA website and came across this issue featuring a cover photo of my grandfather at 17 years old... what a surprise! I've never seen this until now... very cool!
