h School travel teams. Regardless of your skill level, you will benefit from our staff's vast knowledge of pitching and hitting. Our 22,000 square foot South facility Located in Englewood offers 11 indoor tunnels for personal or team rental and size fully automated pitching machines to refine your baseball and softball skills.

We’re excited to announce our Youth AVP Program, designed specifically for 6th–8th grade athletes looking to develop their throwing ability, build arm strength, and prepare their bodies for the demands of baseball.

📅 Program Dates: September 15th – November 19th
📍 Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ Time: 7:00–8:30 PM
🎯 Ages: 6th–8th Grade

What We’ll Focus On:
● Throwing Mechanics & Arm Strength — Learn proper throwing mechanics and build
arm strength through a variety of fun, age-appropriate drills.
● Bullpen Progression — Athletes will gradually progress into structured bullpen
sessions as they develop their throwing skills.
● Arm Health & Velocity — A major focus will be developing healthy arms while working toward increased throwing velocity.
● High School-Style Training — Athletes will be introduced to strength and conditioning focused on lower and upper body strength, mobility, core control, and arm care to better prepare them for the physical demands of baseball.
● Track Your Progress — We’ll use force plate testing and dedicated velocity days
throughout the program to measure progress and show athletes how their training is translating to performance.

Our goal is to create a fun, competitive, and development-focused environment where
young athletes can build confidence, learn how to train properly, and develop the foundation they need to continue progressing as baseball players.

Spots are limited. We’d love to have your athlete be part of the Youth AVP Program this fall!
