As we all know, being on a “diet” is not easy. There are so many options, plans, and opinions that it’s hard to know what the best choice really is.

At our Nutrition Class this Thursday, Debbie will share how she transformed her body without following a strict diet.

Everyone absolutely crushed our 12-Week Transformation Challenge that wrapped up on March 25th!

After lots of hard work and incredible results, Ross takes the top spot at this year’s 12- Week Challenge!

Since January 1st he has lost:
• 25 lbs
• 15 inches overall
• 6.1% body fat

But the bigger story?

Since June of last year, Ross has lost an incredible 73 lbs.

That kind of progress doesn’t come from luck. It comes from discipline, consistency, and showing up day after day.

Ross takes home the $2,000 grand prize, and he earned it!
