We owe you a huge apology. A few weeks ago, during two sales events on our website, we undertook significant upgrades and updates to our backend systems. Unfortunately, during this process, our system inadvertently lost 2 1/2 weeks of orders, making it seem as if they never happened.

We have since recovered all the orders from our email records, and they have been processed and will be shipped as soon as possible.
