The C Championship is over. We had 6 skaters attending and skating a total of 8 events, 5 of them were skating their first Nationals.
Sabrina Parsons skated in her Open C Creative and her Adult C solo dance event. This was Sabrina's first nationals and we couldn't be more proud of how she skated and how she composed herself!
Micah skated in her Freshman/Sophomore solo dance event. This was her first nationals and she skated beautifully. She received her highest scores of the season and we are so proud!
Laylah Spencer skated in her Juvenile/Elementary Creative show event and her Juvenile solo dance event. Laylah skated a very nice Creative show routine and just missed making finals. Laylah then skated her solo dance event and skated a beautiful 2 dances in her elimination event and scored high enough to make finals. After skating the 2 dances she ended up scoring just off of the podium. We are very proud of how Laylah skated throughout her national journey.
Caroline skated in her Elementary C Girls Freestyle event. This was Carolines first nationals and she skated the best routine she has all year. Unfortunately she stumbled on 1 of her jumps and just missed the finals. We are very proud of how far she has come this year!
Miriam skated in an extremely tough Juvenile C Girls Freestyle event. Miriam started skating back in September 2025 and has just started focusing on Freestyle in February. To be able to qualify for Nationals and skate the routine she had is an accomplishment in itself. Miriam unfortunately finished just a little short of finals this year but we know she will have much success in the future! Miriam was also the flag carrier for the opening ceremonies.
Noah competed in the new Primary C Boys Freestyle event. Noah is our youngest competitor this season and Noah started skating in the same class as Miriam back in September 2025. Noah went out and skated an awesome routine landing all 8 jumps on his wheels and completed all 3 of his spins. He was against some great competition at this age group and he still came out in 2nd place and earning a Silver medal!! We are so proud of Noah and the hard work that you put in!
