We’re looking for a handy, self-directed person to help keep our community bouldering gym running smoothly as a Facilities Lead. This is a small but important role for someone who notices what’s broken, knows how to fix little things, and cares about keeping an independent community space functional, safe, and loved.

Think: basic repairs, maintenance checklists, supply runs, organizing, patching, tightening, troubleshooting, coordinating bigger fixes, and helping the gym feel cared for. This is a practical, hands-on, DIY gym maintenance role.

Details:
• About 8 hrs/week to start
• Hourly, starts at $20/hour
• Includes one 3.5-hour front desk shift
• Additional project hours may be available
• Gym membership included

You might be a good fit if you’re a climber, builder, artist, bike mechanic, woodworker, theater tech, former setter, handy parent, or generally useful human who likes solving problems.
You don’t need to be a licensed contractor. You do need good judgment, follow-through, comfort with tools, and the ability to ask for help before something gets worse.
