RDLS can be a tricky exercise for a lot of people to grasp. Many times improper form can result in low back pain/ not feeling it where you’re supposed to. I’ve got 6 cues that I use to help clients get the most out of this movement1. Feet relatively narrow2. Knees slightly bent3. Pelvis tilted forward4. Shoulder blades down and back5. Chest and eyes up high6. Drive your hips back instead of rounding your spine to go lower
