🚨 EDMOND MEN OVER 40 — I’M LOOKING FOR 6 MEN ONLY 🚨
If you’re over 40 and you’ve noticed you’re not as strong, mobile, athletic, or pain-free as you used to be, this is for you.
I’m looking for 6 men in the Edmond area to join our Strength and Mobility program at Alloy Personal Training – Spring Creek (15th & Bryant).
This is ideal for men who want to:
✅ Build real-world strength
✅ Improve mobility and flexibility
✅ Enhance golf, pickleball, tennis, or other sports performance
✅ Reduce nagging aches and joint pain
✅ Increase energy and confidence
✅ Stay active for decades—not just the next few years
Why strength training becomes more important with every decade:
At 40:
Your body naturally begins losing muscle mass and power. Strength training helps maintain metabolism, supports healthy testosterone levels, protects joints, and keeps you performing at a high level at work, home, and in sports.
At 50:
Muscle loss accelerates, recovery slows, and balance often begins to decline. Consistent strength training improves bone density, preserves independence, reduces injury risk, and combats many of the effects of aging.
At 60+:
Strength isn’t about lifting heavy—it’s about living fully. The ability to carry groceries, climb stairs, travel, play with grandchildren, and stay independent depends heavily on maintaining muscle, balance, and mobility. Strength training is one of the most effective ways to improve quality of life and reduce the risk of falls.
Age doesn’t have to determine what you’re capable of.
If you’ve been saying, “I need to get back in shape,” consider this your sign.
