Many workouts follow a common (and
often harmful) belief: that modifications are the “easier” option — something you choose only when you can’t keep up.
We believe something very different.
Modifications are powerful, intentional choices. They help you align your movement with your body’s needs in the moment — whether that means dialing up the challenge or creating space for rest and release. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Every cue from your instructor is an invitation to tune in and choose what supports you best.
