At ETS, we display a record board that showcases various records for male and female athletes ranging from 8-years-olds all the way to 17-year-olds.

We value the importance of results, and we also want to highlight those who hit big milestones by putting them up on the record board.

We believe competition breeds excellence, and when athletes consistently push themselves in their training - that’s when results occur.

The record board is one way we help motivate our athletes to continue pushing to the next level.

This week’s feature goes out to our summer interns!

Ben, is a long-time ETS athlete from Richfield, MN. He just finished up playing junior hockey in Tampa, Florida. He will be attending Lawrence Tech in Michigan, where he will be playing hockey and studying Sports Management.

Lily, is from Minneapolis and she is a current student and track and field athlete at Gustavus Adolphus College where she is studying Exercise Physiology.

Peyton, is from Sarasota, Florida and she currently attends the University of Minnesota. She is studying Kinesiology and is also a member of the swim team.

Vanessa, is from Lakeville, MN and she recently graduated from the University of Minnesota. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching.

This week, hear from one of our awesome families about their experience at ETS; see below for the quote!

“I had heard rave reviews about ETS from several families, so I signed our kids up for an athlete evaluation. We met with David and I could quickly tell that ETS really is set apart - ownership/leadership/coaches, character, process, approach, values… I was completely blown away. After our appointment, we got in the car and ALL four of my kids shouted, “WHEN CAN WE START?!” The best part is that since beginning the program, their excitement hasn’t dwindled one bit! Our kids feel seen, challenged, encouraged, and celebrated. I can’t wait to witness the fruit of their work (physical, mental, emotional) over time!

I don’t have the authority to offer you any sort of official warranty :) but I can unofficially guarantee that you won’t regret signing up for ETS! Our kids are already making ETS workout plans years in advance, so we’ll probably be seeing you around!

They just won the State Championship this morning in a thriller over Forest Lake. We are proud of the work these girls put in, especially our ETS athletes Remi, Brooke and Kaleena!
