Some surprise outfit coordination, a playground stop, a cute bridge pose… and plenty of running, strength and laughs along the way. 😊

Beautiful weather, smiling miles, and fresh summer flavors. ☀️🏃‍♀️🥗

This week we took advantage of a gorgeous Minnesota evening with a run followed by our annual salad bar potluck. Fitness, friendship, and a whole lot of fun- that's what Bloomington Moms on the Run is all about! 💙

99° "feels like." 100% effort. 💪☀️

The humidity was no joke, but this crew showed up ready to adapt. We hydrated, modified our workout, took extra recovery when needed, and kept moving safely together.
At Moms on the Run, safety always comes first. When the heat index is below 100°, we meet—and we adjust the workout to fit the conditions.
Because consistency isn't about perfect conditions—it's about making the best of the ones you've got. ❤️
