A good goal for most active adults is around 0.7–1 gram of protein per pound of goal body weight each day.
Examples:
• 150 lb goal weight = 105–150g protein
• 200 lb goal weight = 140–200g protein
Don’t wait until the end of the week to focus on your nutrition. Start Monday with a plan, hit your protein goal every day, and let your nutrition support the work you’re putting in at the gym.
