I met this lady on the left shy and nervous just wanting to start a new journey in her life and get comfortable with being in the gym, I explained to her how our gym was definitely a home town gym where everyone helps everyone and would encourage her to continue working on her self, that woman on the right is Sonya, Sonya was at the gym everyday for hours, one day she decided to ask if we needed help, She is our full time employee at Dodge Fitness, she continues to work hard not only for the gym, but also on herself, she’s changed so much over the past year and I’m so glad that I’m here to witness it! Way to go Sonya!
