Okay here is a map where we are going and how to get there. If you put the "mint hut trail head" in Google maps it will also direct u there. There is no cell phone service up there however we will have GPS texting for emergencies. We will meet at 9 and on the trail by 930ish. Parking for overnight is $10. Bring cash and card can't remember payment method. Also it will be wet so come prepared. I will have a water purifier and there will be jet boil to use also. Good morning all, so we decided to go to mint hut. We are going to meet at the trail head at 9, hope to be on the trail by 930. The plan is to stay overnight. However the forecast is for rain. So come prepared for overnight and as a group we will decide what is the best and safest option. The plan is to set up camp about 1 mile from the hut. The last mile is the hardest and if raining would best be done with lighter packs for safety. The boulders can be challenging when wet without packs. Please let me know if you are coming so you don't get left behind. Tomorrow I will post a map and details of the hike. Have a great day!!!

Welcome to the seal hiking club. Has a diabetic, cancer survivor I realized life is short. I formed this club to help all levels to get out and enjoy nature. Each hike we go on we will announce where we are going. All are welcome! My hope is to get out and enjoy each other and nature.

The Seal Hiking Club was created to encouage people to get out and be active. No matter your age or level it is posible for you to get out and enjoy nature. Making a commitment to your health is key for a positive outlook in whatever trial you are experiencing. As our moto states "just one more mile." Your next adventure is just one more mile ahead.
