Summer afternoon, summer afternoon; to me those have always been the two most beautiful words in the English language.ā€ā€“Henry James

Join Colleen for this fun workshop series!!! We will start the class with a discussion about the symbolism of Summer according to Chinese medicine. We’ll journal and focus on setting specific intentions to nurture and energize our mind-body connection with Nature throughout the Summer season.

We’ll then have a special yoga practice that will implement these intentions into movement. During this practice, we will work with breath (pranayama), meditation, and gentle cooling and grounding poses to balance our body’s Natural Summer energy.

Pre-registration is required.
Minimum of 4 sign ups for this workshop to happen.

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught to focus on the destination.

Touch the toes.
Master the pose.
Be more flexible.
Get stronger.

But yoga has a different lesson to offer.

The real magic isn’t found in a perfect pose. It’s found in the moments you choose to show up, even when it’s hard. In the deep breaths. The small victories. The days you wobble and keep going anyway.

And perhaps most importantly, it’s found in the people beside you.

The encouraging smile across the room.
The familiar faces that become friends.
The community that reminds you that you don’t have to do it alone.

At The Reset Room, we’re not chasing perfection.
We’re creating space for growth, connection, strength, and belonging.
