We have 2 races coming up. They are both great races supporting awesome causes. You should probably just go ahead and sign up for both of them!!

First we have the Run for the Brave 5k in Benson on November 7th. This race benefits a local veterans organization.

Second we have the I Thought Turkeys Could Fly 5k in Dunn on November 14th. This race benefits the DUMA Food Pantry.

Links to both sign ups are in the first comment below.

Out & Back Racing made our annual trip to Kinston this morning for the Mother Earth Brewing Ironclad Half-Marathon & 5-K. There was some talk of wind and rain but we didn't notice.

If you are looking for a fall half ne tcyear we would love to experience this great race as a part of our group.

Sometimes it is okay to not be okay. It is part of the season. Hang in there and reach out to someone if you feel you need help.

We added a new feature for the Uwharrie Brewing Firehouse 5k this year. We supplemented the results with a finish line video. This was our test run on this and we were really pleased with the results. So if you ran the race or know someone that did hop on to the results page and check out the video of you or them crossing the finish line. Just clink on the video link on their results line.
