About Bayliff[T] Gym & Box

Bayliff[T] Gym & Box was founded in November 2015 by Joe and Mandie Bayliff with a vision of creating a fitness community where everyone feels welcome—regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.

What started as a passion for helping people live healthier lives has grown into a thriving facility serving Dunkirk, Ohio, and the surrounding communities. At Bayliff[T] Gym & Box, we believe fitness should be accessible, encouraging, and enjoyable for everyone, from beginners taking their first steps into a gym to seasoned athletes pursuing peak performance.

Over the years, our offerings have expanded to include cross-training classes, boxing, weightlifting, spin classes, ballet, cheer clinics, youth and adult strength & conditioning programs, and specialized coaching. We are proud to partner with Andrew Leddy and the Demolition Fight Team to provide quality boxing instruction and competitive training opportunities for those looking to challenge themselves in and out of the ring.

Our facility features a wide variety of free weights, plate-loaded machines, cardio equipment, and functional training areas designed to support every fitness journey. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve athletic performance, learn a new skill, or simply become healthier, Bayliff[T] Gym & Box has the equipment, programs, and community to help you succeed.
