Dubuque Bike Coop The Dubuque Bike Coop is a nonprofit community bike project. We are open to the public on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6-8pm at 2206 Central Ave.

The Dubuque Bike Coop’s mission is to help build a community that promotes, uses and values bicycling as a viable and sustainable means of transportation, health and overall wellness. We do this by:
Providing access to reliable, low-cost bicycles
Providing educational opportunities on bicycle maintenance and repair
Promoting a mutual respect between bicyclists, drivers and other pedestrians
Advoca

ting for improved and/or new bicycling infrastructure
Practicing and encouraging environment sustainability

Good morning! We want to give a shoutout to Joe Vize - he stopped in last night and made a generous donation. This past Saturday, he ensured riders were staying hydrated and put out a can to collect free-will offerings for the Coop. Even better than the monetary donation was when he told us, “I believe in what you all are doing.”

Thanks, Joe! We’ll keep paying it forward.

Hey RAGBRAI riders - come sticker our benches!!! (Not a euphemism.)

Stop by our shop (2206 Central Ave) before or after you dip your tire tomorrow (also not a euphemism…). We’d love to have your PG or PG-13 stickers on our shop benches to commemorate your support this year.

We’ll be open 10ish to 2ish. Cookies and hydration while supplies last. Have a great ride into town!

Thank you donors and thank you RAGBRAI! We also want to give a huge shoutout to the other bike co-ops in Iowa. Ragbrai has also been the catalyst to get the six co-ops connected and sharing ideas. Community in action.

Thanks to the generosity of our riders, we were able to present this check to Iowa's Community Bike Shops. Congratulations to Iowa City Bike Library, Street Collective, Chain Reaction Bike Hub, Cedar Valley Bicycle Collective, We-Cycle, Dubuque Bike Coop!
