When an athlete misses an entire season to injury, they don’t just need reps—they need the right reps to get back on track for their college baseball goals.

In this session, we introduced a routine modeled after Luis Arraez (.300+ hitter for the Giants).

1️⃣ Stay in the heels: Activates the hips and creates strong ground force connection.
2️⃣ Head & chest over the plate: Keeps the upper body closed through rotation.
3️⃣ Barrel depth: By staying closed, the barrel stays in the hitting zone far longer, turning mis-hits into line drives.
