Congratulations to our very first apprenticeship cohort at The Well.

This group showed up with open hearts, courage, curiosity, and a beautiful willingness to learn, grow, and step into something new.

It was an amazing weekend of connection, practice, reflection, and possibility. I am so proud of each of them and so excited for what they will continue to create as they work their way toward teaching.

Be prepared to see some new faces at the front of the room. Beautiful things are growing at The Well.

90-Minute Gentle Yin & Sound Healing with Andrea Link of Phoenix Rising Healing

These classes combine gentle movement, stillness, breath, meditation, and healing sound vibrations to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with the peace within.

Whether you join us midweek, Friday evening, or both, you'll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and restored.

As I put the finishing touches on our upcoming Yoga Apprenticeship Weekend, I can't help but feel excited about what is possible.

This training isn't just about learning how to teach yoga. It's about stepping into your voice, sharing your gifts, deepening your practice, and discovering what you're capable of creating.

Some participants may choose to teach. Others may simply gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the practice they love. For some, this experience may become the catalyst for something entirely new.

One of my greatest joys is helping others recognize their potential and watching them grow into roles they may never have imagined for themselves.

I am incredibly grateful for this group and can't wait to see what unfolds during our weekend together. The future of The Well is not built by one person—it is built by a community of people willing to learn, grow, and lead.

Stay tuned. Something special is beginning.
