📆 Saturday-Sunday: 12-6pm

🚨 Labor Day Hours: 12-8pm

NOTE: On days when there is no school, we plan to open 12-8pm

We’re excited to announce 1:1 Sports Nutrition Counseling is now available at D1 Sports Center in Dover!

Proper nutrition can play a huge role in an athlete’s energy, recovery, strength, performance, and overall development. Now, our athletes and families can get personalized guidance to help fuel their goals both on and off the field.

Help your fellow community members get the supplies they need, and in turn, have fun on our Baseball/Softball Hittrax Simulator‼️

📆 This WEEKEND ONLY, starting today‼️

How it works:
👉 Drop off $15 or more worth of school supplies (with a receipt)
👉 As a thank you, we will place a credit on your account for 30 minutes on our Hittrax Simulator Lane‼️
👉 All supplies will be donated to local schools, teachers, and families in need!

Note: Only 1 credit per family/account, not per person. Credit must be used by end of September.
