PCS season is upon us and with that said… We said see ya later but never good-bye to our sweet Sandra and her hubby Jacob (the occasional PH enthusiast). They are off to start a new grand adventure in cali!

Always thankful for the friendships we make here. They may start in the studio but reach all across the globe!

Boundaries... in all aspects of our life these are important y’all. We live a world that continuously wants to make you feel bad or less then if you aren’t doing a million things at one time and always going, always taking on more and saying yes to everything.

It’s okay to take breaks. It’s okay to to spend time doing absolutely nothing. It’s okay to sit on the couch and watch tv or the porch and watch squirrels. It’s okay to say no thank you.

It’s okay to do what ever you need to do to be your best self! Love y’all! 💪🏽💜

ML really is more than just a gym!

I met this babe and became friends with her when she came to our studio in Nebraska…. Now we are in Delaware but we had one day in Alaska that overlapped and were able to meet for a huge hug and coffee at the actual GOAT of coffee places!

Such a special time when I get to see y’all!

Murph❤️🤍💙

As we are heading into Memorial Day weekend, We want to pause to remember those who have given everything for us. It is with honor and privliage that we get to partake in the Murph WOD each year.

For those who are new to this hero WOD… U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. This was said to be one of Mike’s favorite workouts. We do it each year in honor of his legacy, along with so many others ultimate sacrifice.

You can Murph with us virtually by completing the Full, Mini, or any other variation in between of the Murph and post your picture in the Team Molly Logic facebook group where we can all celebrate and cheer each other on.

REMEMBER together we can do hard things!

💜How long have you been apart of ML:

About 10 months!

🦄Tell us a little about you:

I'm a boy mom and my son is my partner in crime. I'm originally from Texas and have a huge loving family. I love the Bravo universe and football. Horror movies are my favorite and I love a beach day.

💜What has your transformation been like since joining ML:

ML has really helped my mental health. I recently retired from the military and was lost. ML gave a sense of community again and I love that.

🦄What is your favorite thing being apart of ML has taught you:

Its okay to start over as long as you are trying. I get meet so many different women in the gym and all of us are just trying our best.
