Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for our fall Siege class! Don't be left waiting and wishing. 25 dollars gets you 4 classes and you can bring a friend. Essentially, 3 ish dollars per class if you bring a friend to each class.

We solo playtested our newest fitness system that is designed for small groups.

The first playtest of our fitness dungeon crawl system turned out super well. Some tweaks here and there to fine tune, but it's playing just how we envisioned.

We completed week 4 of our General Strength class with the Precious Cargo scenario.

This was a collaborative scenario where everyone worked together. This was our first class that had actions requiring partner work.

Partner work is something that we want to explore and improve upon more as time goes on.

Our next 4 week class begins Monday evenings Sept 14th at Windsor Elementary.

We will see you there!

As we head into the fall season, take an assessment of your motivation levels.

Do you still get a workout in if you...
-Get a terrible amount of sleep?
-Kids fighting with each other more than normal?
-Have a lot to do at work that day?

There are a lot of reasons out there. And when your motivation / will power take a dip, it's easy to have excuses ready to go so you skip a workout.

If you have a hard time getting that workout in because of x, y, or z, try one of our classes.

The group element of our classes is stellar, but the game element is the major draw. Having fun with fitness can reinvigorate your motivation levels and help you meet your health goals.

Not everyone enjoys the competitive element of our Sprint and General Strength classes that have teams work against each other.

We are working on developing Siege Co-op. A class that has 1 team against the clock. Everyone works together to achieve success or share the loss together.
