Some of your DMATE crew will be boiling crawfish again this year at Firetrucker on April 22. Tickets are still $25 + fees (handled entirely by Firetrucker) and available through the event link. DMATE will be compensated this year for the cook crew's hard work and the funds will be put toward the purchase of future equipment (cast iron cauldron cooker, most likely!). We don't see this as a true DMATE event, but if crawfish are boiled within 100 miles of the Des Moines metro you should know about it!
