35 degrees. Rain pouring. Two training partners backed out.

Some days, showing up is the hardest part. But excuses don't build champions, and the mission doesn't stop when conditions aren't perfect.

Matt lives by a mantra he created years ago:

Davis Don't Quit.

Because the challenges that matter most aren't always fought under perfect conditions. They're won through discipline, consistency, and the decision to keep going when it's easier to walk away.

That's what the 100 Challenge 4 Kids is all about. Every step, every mile, and every challenge moves us closer to one mission: protecting children from trafficking.

100K LBS. • 100 MILES. • $100K. ONE MISSION.

Don't wait for perfect conditions. Show up. Keep going. Don't quit.

Some days are harder than others. And sometimes, the biggest challenge isn't the training itself — it's finding the time, managing your responsibilities, and showing up when you don't feel like it.

For Matt, this journey means balancing family, work, community, and 2–3 hours of daily training. It's not easy. But there's a reason he keeps going.

THE KIDS. ❤️

Every workout, every mile, every sacrifice has a purpose bigger than himself.

Because this isn't just about physical endurance. It's about using that endurance to make a difference in the lives of children who need someone to fight for them.

When motivation fades, remember your WHY.

Awareness is one of the first steps toward protecting vulnerable children. 💙

Child trafficking can affect children from all backgrounds. Recognizing potential warning signs, understanding the risks of exploitation, and knowing how to report concerns can help communities respond more effectively.

You don't need to be an expert to make a difference. Start by educating yourself, sharing reliable resources, and speaking up when something doesn't seem right.

Protecting children is a responsibility we all share.

💙 This is bigger than a personal challenge. It's a mission to protect children.

What started as a challenge to push physical limits became something far more meaningful when Matt Davis met a young survivor of child trafficking and witnessed the trauma no child should ever have to endure.

That moment changed everything. ❤️‍🩹

Now, the mission is clear:
🏋️ 100,000 pounds lifted
🏃 100 miles run
💙 $100,000 raised to help save children from trafficking

Because some challenges are about more than what we can accomplish. They're about who we can help along the way.

One challenge. One mission. Help save kids from trafficking.

His Why 🎯

For Matt Davis, this view is more than just a beautiful place to stop and take it all in.

It represents freedom, opportunity, and the kind of life every child should have the chance to experience.

His why is simple:

Every child deserves the opportunity to see views like this—not the inside of a cage.

That belief is one of the reasons Matt is taking on the 100Challenge4Kids:

100K LBS. • 100 MILES. • $100K.

One challenge. One mission: to help save kids from trafficking.

Because every mile matters. Every dollar matters. And most importantly, every child matters. ❤️

What kind of world are we building for the next generation?

A world where children can grow up safe.
Where they can go to school, play, dream, and simply be kids.
A world where their future isn’t determined by someone else’s decision to exploit them.

The problem can feel bigger than any one person. But that doesn’t mean we stop caring—or stop doing something about it.

That’s why we’re taking on the 100Challenge4Kids.
