That’s a wrap on Yoga on the Rocks 2026! ✨

Sarah closed out BBY’s four-class series at Red Rocks with so much potency and magic.
On 8/8, the Lion’s Gate Portal, more than 2,000 people came together to breathe, move, and practice with intention. Tapping into the elements and the wisdom of these sacred Red Rocks, we moved barefoot on lands where people have gathered for generations to connect, share, move, celebrate, and experience ceremony in its many forms.

There was something incredibly powerful about witnessing thousands of people moving and breathing together beneath the open sky.

The BBY team is still over the moon from the connection and community we felt throughout this entire Yoga on the Rocks season. To every teacher, volunteer, magic maker, partner, team member, and every single person who showed up bright-eyed, early, and full-hearted: thank you.

Four classes. Thousands of yogis. One unforgettable summer.

What an honor it has been to share this practice, this place, and this experience with all of you. ❤️

Meet Your Instructor - 8/8 ☀️🦁🫧

Sarah’s yoga journey began in 2009 in a heated power vinyasa class in Utah. What started as a purely physical complement to an active lifestyle soon revealed itself as something more meaningful. Her yoga practice became a gateway to a deeper connection within—one rooted in awareness, trust, and transformation both on and off the mat.

In 2013, Sarah completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at Zuda Yoga in Sacramento. A lifelong student, she has continued to expand her studies with certifications in Yin, Bhakti, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, a 100-hr advanced yoga training, and Holographic Sound Healing.

With over 2,000 hours of teaching experience Sarah brings passion and purpose to all of her classes; Connection is at the heart of Sarah’s teaching. Through breath, creative sequencing, and purposefully curated music, she guides students to explore their growth edge—that space where strength meets surrender, and where transformation becomes possible. Her classes are both dynamic and intentional, offering a balance of effort and ease that meets students exactly where they are.

We’re still on a natural high from Saturday’s Yoga on the Rocks. ☀️

The vibes were high, the weather was beautiful, the music was on point, and the morning ended true to Dina’s last name... en paz. 🤍 Thank you to everyone who showed up with your presence, your energy, and your willingness to share such a special morning together.

This marked the second—and final—bilingual Yoga on the Rocks class of the season, and we’re so honored to have had the opportunity to feature two of our incredible bilingual teachers this year.

Expanding access to yoga for our Spanish-speaking community is deeply important to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who practiced with us.

Dina is a Honduran native who found yoga as a way to balance the fast-paced demands of the culinary world while reconnecting to her center and sense of empowerment. After more than two decades in the industry, she understands firsthand the physical and mental toll of a busy lifestyle. Her personal journey of healing through yoga inspired her to become a certified instructor and share this transformative practice with others.

Today, Dina is dedicated to helping the Denver community find peace and balance amidst the hustle of daily life. She creates classes that serve as a refuge from stress, blending mindful movement with reflection to support overall well-being. Dina teaches a variety of styles—including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative—and proudly offers classes in both English and Spanish, making her offerings accessible to a wide range of individuals.
