We are so excited to be hosting our very own DJ Budge for First Friday Flow this month! Alec is a lovely part of our spot community and we are so excited to have them!

First Friday Flow takes place the first Friday of each month in Denver from 7 to 10 PM. We have a live DJ in addition to all of the climbing and community that you’re used to! $18 day passes or free with Membership.

The Spot Louisville has yoga classes for all levels, plus they’re free for members! Classes are also included with a day pass purchase.
