Yoga for Dancers today 4:30-5:30pm at Cherry Creek Dance. We'll be working with a lot of standing balance poses to strengthen the tiny 'stabilizing' muscles around the knees, hips and ankles. These help us with balance while we dance but also help to prevent injuries!

Yoga for dancers has a new time! 5-6pm Sundays at Cherry Creek Dance. You don't have to be a dancer nor have any such ambitions, but we will flow fluidly from one pose to the next, creating strength in the whole body which enables more graceful movement!
