Bliss Body is a retreat curated to deliver you to the deeper layers of the practice field.

As we evolve and mature our wise adult Selves in an illuminating practice field, sensation requires more space. Breath becomes medicine. Stillness starts to carry intrinsic, essential value you will no longer compromise.

This four-day immersion is devoted to the subtle landscape of breath, bandha, and being—the inner systems that organize experience beneath thought. Rather than glorifying peak states or idealized forms, we orient toward the inner authority: the currents of prana, the intelligence of connective tissue, the energetic anatomy of the subtle body and the way awareness naturally thrives when the nervous system is supported.

Bliss Body is for practitioners who sense that refinement, subtlety, and felt experience are what allow practice to continue unfolding with honesty and depth.

The monastic setting of the Crestone Mountain Zen Center offers an inimitable kind of setting for this work. The practice dome is spacious, grounded, and quietly luminous, providing a breathtaking nest for our collective presence. Join the Sangha this summer and discover a felt sense of the sacred inside ordinary life.
