From Sluggish & Stuck to Strong & Confident ๐Ÿ’ช

At 46, Brent was doing cardio, but still felt low energy, sluggish, and unsure how to get stronger. Watching his parents deal with health challengesโ€”and trying to keep up with two young kidsโ€”made one thing clear: something had to change.

He started strength training with Scott from scratch:

โœ”๏ธ Adjusted around back issues

Weight: 185 โ†’ 172 lbs
