First cousin I grew up playing Barbie’s with to get married🥹🥹🥹 how are we this old?!

I have a BIG extended family. Like, 5 aunts and uncles on my moms side, 8 on my dads, and 36 first cousins across both. Polish/ Irish Catholic for ya. 😅😅😅

I haven’t been to a wedding in SEVENTEEN YEARS! The last wedding i attended was one of my older cousins weddings, but watching a cousin ~my age get married truly was something else. & watching her twin, another cousin near & dear to my heart and my upbringing, say the Maid of Honor speech GOT ME. I only cried 4 times😅😅😅

For someone who loves to travel, I actually hate flying. Like, hold-the-hand-of-my-neighbor-during-turbulence hate flying.

But times like this are a great opportunity for me to practice mantra. Practicing yoga isn’t always on your mat.

In times of stress, for me often in modes of transportation such as flying or on a sketchy boat trip, repeating Ganesh mantra is always such an anchor.

Not to mention, energetically it also removes obstacles.

Another tool that’s helped me over the years, especially as a reiki practitioner, is envisioning a white light surrounding the plane or the boat.

Pro tip: check the airport for yoga rooms during long layovers. 😍🧘🏽‍♀️ There’s rarely anyone in them, and it’s the best reset for your body between cramped plane seats.

Had the honor of coordinating a baby shower “Te de Canastilla” for one of my dear friends Mar i am

Mar and I met my second year in Costa Rica through her ecstatic dance and cacao events on Sunday’s at Gypsy Wagon where I used to teach yoga.

Her and her family have become so near & dear to my heart. Truly one of the most inspiring families I’ve met - living with nature and music, tuning into the important things in life.🎶❤️
I’ve seen them build their house amongst the river where they now host a daycare, rewilding kids through nature based learning.

Women like Mar are truly pioneers in this New Earth era we’re entering. Words truly can’t express how inspiring and grateful I am for this woman and her family❤️

Bienvenidos bebe nuevo. Tengo muchas ganas de conocerte. Tienes mucha suerte con la familia a la que te vas a unir.❤️
