🏈 A lot of people know I train both inside and outside of my facility. It’s OK to hold the pads, but sometimes you have to put on the pads.

The Jungle has never been about four walls. It’s about building a foundation. Strength, discipline, confidence, and character, especially with the kids.

Inside the Jungle or outside of it, the mission stays the same. Build the foundation early and give them something they can carry for life. 💪🏽

Your legs are the engine. Every pedal stroke, every climb, every sprint starts with strength from the ground up.

That’s why exercises like hex bar deadlifts aren’t just for powerlifters—they’re one of the best ways to build stronger glutes, hamstrings, quads, and a resilient core that transfers directly to cycling performance.

Strong Kids Start With Strong Movement 💪

At Quote’s Jungle, we believe movement comes before everything else.

Before chasing heavier weights, bigger numbers, or sports-specific skills, kids need to learn how to control and move their bodies through space.

In this clip, we’re working on one of the most valuable exercises for all ages: the goblet squat.

✅ Teaches balance and coordination
✅ Builds leg and hip strength
✅ Improves posture and body awareness
✅ Develops confidence through movement
✅ Creates a foundation for sports and everyday activities

We also emphasize reaching and pressing overhead.

Getting the hands overhead isn’t just about shoulder strength. It helps develop shoulder mobility, upper-body stability, core control, and the ability to move efficiently through a full range of motion. These are skills that benefit children now and throughout their lives.

The goal isn’t to create the strongest kid in the room.

The goal is to create a child who can squat, reach, jump, run, carry, climb, and move with confidence.

Strong movement patterns learned at a young age often become lifelong habits.
